These are the strategic steps I took to scale back my clientele and make the transition as smooth as possible to dedicating the majority of my time to owner/CEO role.
You’re probably experiencing some scarcity thoughts which are disrupting your people pleasing patterns like that you will be upsetting them or you might potentially lose money or the relationship with these women you enjoy dearly, and you might I’m not saying you won’t- but you’re job now is to make sure they have a wonderful experience no matter what happens next and following these steps will help to ensure a smooth process.
If you’re plan is to build a high functioning business, where you are profitable so that your salary can come from the business- you have to prioritize the high level tasks and performing services have you capped and don’t give you the highest return in terms of what you can do.
