One of my favorite decision making processes goes like this: identify what didn't work, learn from that, don't do it again.
It may seem simple, but when it comes to setting and chasing goals, there are a lot of ways it goes wrong, then we give up and sit in the feeling of failure.
I don't want you to do that in 2025.
While dreaming big is exciting, aligning your goals with your vision, values, and long-term success is essential.
In this episode, discover why doing less—but better—leads to faster progress and how clarity in your goals creates momentum. I share personal insights from my journey as a high-achieving entrepreneur and break down a practical, aligned goal-setting process rooted in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help you move into the new year with intention and focus.
This episode also tackles common mindset blocks around goal-setting—like comparison, fear of failure, and all-or-nothing thinking—so you can overcome them and stay on track toward your vision.
What You’ll Learn in This Episode:
Why setting the right goals is more important than setting more goals
How to identify and release what’s no longer serving you
The connection between clarity, focus, and momentum in achieving your dreams
How to break big goals into actionable steps you can confidently take
Five common mindset traps that sabotage goal-setting—and how to shift those limiting thoughts
